
Diamondhead Sales is forced to accept and enforce the return policies of ShoreMaster.
ShoreMaster Return Policy
All orders are subject to credit card approval and address verification. Upon verification, in-stock items will be shipped UPS signature required within three business day.
International shipping or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available.
ShoreMaster will accept returns if an item has a manufactures defect. Carefully inspect your items upon delivery, if there is any damage or missing components explain on the bill lading before the driver leaves.
If you have a defective product, please call Scott at 515-523-1000.
ShoreMaster will also accept returns of new, unused items in the original packing with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be returned.
To make a ShoreMaster return, please call Scott at 515-523-1000. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Please select items carefully, measure your lift twice or make sure you are buying accessories for your specific dock. All items over $150.00 will receive a complimentary phone call from a Diamondhead Sales representative to insure you have ordered the correct item.
Misprints or other errors are unintentional and subject to change. If you suspect there is a misprint or error, please e-mail scott@diamondheadsales.com or call Scott at 515-523-1000.
Because the manufacture changes our prices periodically, they are subject to change without notice.
